Our studio setup for product demos is specially designed for producing product-demo videos, technical demos, software presentations, sales videos and training videos . We use a modern 4K video camera with a lavalier or overhead shotgun microphone, plus a powerful computer. While we record the presenter, we simultaneously capture the on-screen content. This keeps post-production effort to a minimum and the results are ready to use straight away.
A proven, highly efficient system that proves its worth especially when precise wording matters. The teleprompter takes a great weight off speakers‘ shoulders — the freed-up energy can flow into facial expression, gestures and emphasis . We’re also happy to advise you with tips and tricks so your presentation comes across clearly, confidently and convincingly.

Green-box recordings and virtual studio
At Podcast Studio Vienna. Ideal for keying single presenters for addresses, greeting messages, statements and live video link-ups.
The green-box setup is specially optimised for seated single-person productions. Table tops and seating can be adjusted to the look you want. For audio, you can also choose between classic podcast microphones or discreet professional lavalier mics.
Recording is done with professional 4K video technology and matched studio lighting. Green-box productions in particular need very precise lighting so the keying works cleanly in post-production. That’s why every production includes not only the actual recording time, but also:
- Setting up the set
- Lighting the green box
- Adjusting the background
- Test recording and control monitoring
- technical preparation for clean keying
Thanks to our fast broadband internet, we can also easily integrate Zoom, Teams or other remote link-ups. Virtual guests can be brought in live and integrated directly into the production.
On request, we also handle post-production including background compositing, overlays, presentation graphics or a virtual-studio look.

Teleprompter
The teleprompter is a permanent part of our setup. Mounted directly in front of the camera, it can display prepared scripts, virtual conversation partners or presentations.
This lets the person in front of the camera read the mirrored screen content while looking the viewer straight in the eye at the same time.
Operating the teleprompter isn’t complicated. We’re happy to provide a teleprompter operator, but often this task is simply handled by your companion.
The studio rental always includes:
Video studio with video, presentation, sound and lighting equipment, green box, existing furniture and décor, teleprompter, make-up area, audience/meeting room, kitchenette, toilet, fibre-optic internet, and cleaning of normal use.
The core recording setup consists of a 4K or 6K video camera and an overhead shotgun microphone.
Coffee, tea, milk and water, as well as chilled drinks, snacks, sweets and fruit are all included.

How much does it cost to rent the video-podcast studio?
You'll find our current prices for the different setups right on this page. Simply choose the package you want to see the exact cost. All prices include an experienced technician.
What equipment is in the studio, and is a technician included?
Yes, a technician to support your production is always included in the prices listed on the website. For very complex productions, additional staff may be required by arrangement.
Our equipment includes, among other things:
- Cameras: Blackmagic Pocket 6K or Sony FS7 4K camcorder for single-cam recordings, Panasonic AW-HE130 HD PTZ cameras for multi-cam productions.
- Vision mixing & recording: ATEM SDI Extreme for ISO recording of all tracks plus program recording.
- Lighting: Professional front lighting from Aputure plus LED panels for optimal illumination.
- Sound: Track-separated audio recording with a Zoom F8 recorder. Depending on your needs, we use high-quality table, overhead or lavalier microphones (Sennheiser, DJI).
- Monitoring: Headphones for presenters and technicians are provided.
How do I receive my files after the recording?
Your material is delivered flexibly via cloud, on a USB 3.1 stick you bring, or on a hard drive. Please note that physical storage media are not included in the price.
Will I receive a proper invoice with VAT shown?
Of course. For every booking you receive an official invoice with our VAT ID that you can claim for tax purposes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can conveniently pay by bank transfer, instant transfer or in cash. Please note that we cannot accept debit- or credit-card payments.
- New clients: Payment in advance or on delivery of the material.
- Regular clients: Payment by invoice, net 14 days.
- Companies from abroad: 50% deposit on booking, the remainder after the service is delivered.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we prepare the setup specifically for your production, the following terms apply:
- For cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the total cost applies.
- For cancellations on the production day itself or for no-shows, 100% of the total cost is charged.
